Team description

Florida Legends FC U12 Boys Pro Academy is a competitive, development-focused team primarily made up of 2015-born players competing in the EDP Central Division for the 2026–2027 season. The team features a strong core of committed players who consistently challenge themselves against high-level competition throughout the region. Led by former international professional player and U.S. Soccer A-Licensed coach Tony Taylor, Florida Legends FC provides one of the highest-level player-development environments in the United States. The program combines professional playing experience, advanced coaching education, and a clear developmental pathway designed to help every player reach their full potential. Over the past several seasons, the team has competed in strong league divisions and top tournament brackets, earning valuable experience against some of the region’s most competitive teams. The group has also achieved success at major events, including being crowned Tampa Bay Super Cup champions. These experiences have helped our players develop the technical ability, tactical understanding, confidence, and competitive mentality required to perform at a high level. The team remains committed to playing attractive, possession-based soccer while helping each player grow individually and collectively. As we enter the U12 season, our focus is to prepare players for the transition to the 11v11 game and the next stage of the Florida Legends FC Pro Academy pathway.
