Team description

Florida Legends FC U11 Boys Pro Academy is a competitive, development-focused team primarily made up of 2016-born players competing in the EDP Central Division for the 2026–2027 season. Our core group has remained together through the transition to the new age-group structure and continues to challenge itself against strong competition throughout the region. Led by former international professional player and U.S. Soccer A-Licensed coach Tony Taylor, Florida Legends FC provides one of the highest-level player-development environments in the United States. The program combines professional playing experience, advanced coaching education, and a clear developmental pathway designed to help every player reach their full potential. Over the past two seasons, the team has consistently earned opportunities to compete in the EDP Playoffs based on its league standings. Last season, the team competed in the top brackets at highly competitive events, including the Tampa Bay Super Cup and Weston Cup, gaining valuable experience against some of the strongest teams in the region. The team has also won multiple tournament championships and reached the finals while competing in top brackets. These experiences have helped our players develop the confidence and ability to compete at a high level while continuing to grow individually and collectively. As we enter the U11 season, our focus remains on playing attractive, competitive soccer, developing our players, and consistently challenging ourselves against top-level competition.
